Vibratory Feeders can be used for dosing, batching, mixing and a variety of other applications. A Large Heavy Duty Vibratory Feeder
with Exciter Drives

JVI manufactures many styles of light, medium, and heavy duty vibratory feeders. All feeders and conveyors are offered with a variety of trough options, including sanitary stainless steel, open type troughs or totally enclosed square or round (tube) sections. The troughs can be fitted with grids for screening or de-watering applications.

We offer two types of drive unit; electromagnetic or eccentric weight electromechanical vibratory motors. The vibratory feeders manufactured by JVI are suitable for feeding most types of dry bulk material with throughputs from just a few lbs to 2500 tons per hour. JVI has installed feeders in the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as processing plastics, recycling, aggregates, power and general industrial applications. For all of the variety of vibratory feeder types that JVI offers, JVI can make adjustments to any dimension of the feeder including length, width, and bed depth as well as add a variety of accessories and options to meet the application requirements. If the material to be fed is dusty, dust-proof outlet covers can be added to the vibratory feeder at the inlet and discharge to reduce dusting. If the material to be fed is abrasive, special bed liners can be installed to reduce wear and prolong the life of the feeder. The discharge of any JVI vibratory feeder can be either vertical or horizontal and most equipment can have thermal treatment options such as a heated water filled bed for drying or overhead air circulation for cooling. Vibratory feeders can also be manufactured from stainless steel to meet sanitary requirements in the food processing industry.
