Models
- FSL
model conveyor is used when light material is conveyed and capacity requirements
are low. The trough width varies between 7 ½” and 15 ¾”
and the path length can go up to 82’.
- FSR
convveyor is engineered for high capacities. This conveyor has a counter-oscillating
frame for vibration-insulated installations. In this option the trough width
varies from 12” to 5’ and the length can go up to 65’.
- FSM
serves as alternative to the FSR. It is constructed with oscillation dampers
to reduce dynamic foundation loads. This model of vibratory conveyor can
have length up to 115’ and trough width can vary up to 6 ½’.
The mass compensating FSM design ensures an ergonomic working elevation
without pedestals. The FSM can also be designed to cool castings as it conveys
them.
- Casting Cooler
Conveyors are designed and manufactured by JVI for the controlled
cooling of most kinds of foundry cast components. The principle of design
is a vibrating conveyor that has a co-vibrating hood. A blower distributes
cool air into the conveyor at a high speed blowing over the cast parts to
cool them as they are conveyed.
