THE ULITMATE VIBRATORY COAL FEEDER
Do you have unique requirements for a vibratory coal feeder or screen such as integrated chutework, tight workspace, special linings or highly accurate feed rate adjustability, repeatability and control?
Although a standard range of vibratory coal feeders is offered, JVI specialises in the design and manufacture of coal feeders and screens that meet the specific application requirements of the customer. Custom integrated chutework for bin discharge feeders is also a specialty of JVI.
For all of the variety of vibratory feeder types that JVI offers, JVI can make adjustments to any dimension of the coal feeder you need, including length, width, and bed depth as well as add a variety of accessories and options, such as wear resistant liners, to meet the specific application requirements.
Designs are available for up to 3500 TPH and lengths up to 25 ft.
Would you like to feed wet, sticky or frozen coal reliably?
JVI's single mass vibratory feeders are a field proven work horse in the coal industry. JVI coal feeders will reliably convey wet, sticky or frozen coal irregardless of the material load.
JVI Coal Feeders are low maintenance
The JVI single mass design does not require natural frequency tuning and retuning like other feeders do. Unlike other vibratory feeders, JVI coal feeders are low maintenance because they have no exicter springs and fewer parts overall. Many competitors use modified industrial grade motors with extended shafts and eccentric weights. All JVI electromechanical motors are designed from the groundup specifically for use on vibratory equipment. They are heavy duty vibrators with oversized roller bearings and oversized shafts. The heart of any vibratory piece of equipment is the drive mechanism and JVI’s drive mechanisms are as reliable as they come.
Need Chutework? (also known as downcomers)
JVI has extensive experience designing custom integrated chutework as part of the feeder, it all comes in one simple package. The Feeder, Chutework and Supports are engineered into ONE PIECE of equipment. This greatly reduces engineering cost, reduces installation cost and reduces startup cost.
