Ceramic
Liners deliver longer life and less wear when handling
extremely abrasive materials. This liner was manufactured for feeding
iron ore at 500 tph. |
| |
Rubber
Liners are used for mild abrasives and for its "flip
flop" type self cleaning effect on hard to move or sticky materials
such as wet coal. |
| |
Hardox
360AR Liners are easily replaceable and are a cost effective
solution for extending the life of a feeder trough. |
| |
Special
Liners such as the one shown (red) can be made from a proprietary

JVI tube feeder conveys diamond ore. |
Many other
liner materials are available and are determined by the application
requirements.

designed in sections to allow easy maintenance access. For dust
proof requirements a rubber seal is installed where the cover meets
the trough wall. |

Extra
Inspection Openings can
be added to very long tube feeders and on pan feeder trough covers
for increased inspection visibility and maintenance access. |
