PROTECTIVE TROUGH LINERS - WEAR LINERS |

Ceramic Liners deliver longer life and less wear when handling extremely abrasive materials. This liner was manufactured for feeding iron ore at 500 tph. |

Rubber Liners are used for mild abrasives and for its "flip flop" type self cleaning effect on hard to move or sticky materials such as wet coal. |

Hardox 360AR Liners are easily replaceable and are a cost effective solution for extending the life of a feeder trough. |

Special Liners such as the one shown (red) can be made from a proprietary blend of rubbers and strong fibers for unique applications. This JVI tube feeder conveys diamond ore. |

DUST PROOF OUTLET COVERS and CONNECTORSDust Proof Covers for the feeder inlet and discharge openings are available for applications where dust control is a concern. Dust covers are available in a variety of materials which are determined by the application requirements. |

TROUGH COVERS |

Trough Covers for dust proof or sanitary feeding requirements are available. Trough covers are typically bolted on, and can be designed in sections to allow easy maintenance access. For dust proof requirements a rubber seal is installed where the cover meets the trough wall. |
