DPF and DPFH Dosing Feeders are engineered to order from proven JVI design standards. Pre-existing design standards allow a custom feeder to be to quickly and easily mnaufactured for any application. Standard options can be included on a JVI vibratory feeder to make the customization process simple. Each option can be independently modified to fit the application. Some common options are listed below.

Trough Covers

Trough covers will enclose the conveying path and eliminate dusting when fine particles are present. Trough covers can be made of Plexiglass for easy inspection, or stainless steel for sanitary purposes.

Inlet and Outlet Sleeves

Covers or sleeves that connect the inlet or discharge of the feeder with an upstream or downstream process will reduce dusting. Sleeves come in a variety of materials from woven textiles to rubber.

Trough Liners

Trough liners can be installed when required by the application. A trough liner is easy to replace and will increase the life of the feeder. Trough liners can be made of mild steel or special plastics depending on the application and material.
